New youtube update that hides the youtuber's name by default is so insane cringe. This is right after youtube taking a W in that you can have multiple people show up on the video (second photo), which are two changes that are at complete odds with each other!

As someone who just gets commissions done, I love 3D printing because it allows me to massively scale up how much I can customize my models, whether they are infantry or tanks. And in some cases where models are OOP or just plain a pain in the ass to get. It gives a whole new life to lots of models.

The strength of 3D printing for Warhammer is making various bits like heads, weapons, backpacks, vehicle icons/doors, some cool bases even, and so on and on. Plus all the other things people have already mentioned like the setup and maintenance for a 3D printing area, which is in itself a hobby.

Anywho. As someone who does both 3D printing (in that I get stuff made fairly regularly) and who still buys a lot of GW plastic too. Plastic is just so much easier to work with. Resin can be... brittle when kitbashing/converting. That's a huge point for me.

Tried to give the show a go during Covid. Gave up after 6-7 episodes. The leads just weren't working and it felt way too early 2000s. Which is generally not a bad thing, given so many of my favourite shows are of that era. But this one just seemed so bad. Plus, its way too prominent pop-culture now.

I love Tron and am a real big fan of Tron Legacy and have no interest in Ares at all and Leto is a big part of that, though also the marketing and everything has been bad.

I think the issue is that Tron has been used as just an IP disney has in this IP driven age which is bullshit.
