But the specifics are paywalled. I know parents who have under 3's that have a presumptive diagnosis and get occupational therapy. So the age doesn't seem unusual to me.

I made cashew "cheese sauce" and it's quite tasty. Delicious on toast. But it in no way tastes or functions like cheese or cheese sauce. More like hummus. I don't understand why it can't stand on its own merits as cashew sauce.
