As a veteran military pilot, I have to believe there are an awful lot of uncomfortable conversations going on about the legality of the killing of people in international waters. Hegseth's contemptuous snark about "rules of engagement" at the flag officers' meeting makes me think the worst.

She was thrown to the ground despite screaming “I’m not resisting”

She had to return to the hospital.
