when i say that i think penn state failed drew, this is basically what i mean. i do not think he spent a day getting treated like a guy whose god-given gifts could change everything for the program — it's also why i think if he goes to the right NFL team he has a chance to be a good professional QB.

my main, overarching take on drew allar's time at penn state is he could have been turned into anything and what he got turned into was a reflection of his head coach: someone who always prioritized "don't do the wrong thing" over everything else, to his detriment

"Something like: Hey Sarah, still laughing about [tiny shared moment/reference if you've got one] - good to meet you!" Rich went back and forth with ChatGPT until he felt they'd hit upon exactly the right message ("Hey Sarah, it was lovely to meet you") but sadly she never replied, he says. "It's been two weeks now."
