I put off getting a Cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) for 2 years because of logistics and cost. It was a $3k test out of pocket and required travel to Santa Clara, CA. The other recommended location was Ithaca, NY.

No. No. No. Texas lawmakers calling for the shuttle to be chopped up is an idiotic move. Just no.

Please call / write Senators Cruz and Cornyn and tell them you oppose their actions. Then call House Rep Randy Weber and do the same. I would also throw in House Rep Brian Babin, another MAGA fool.

I know too many people (myself included) who won’t have health insurance come Jan bc of the GOP refusing to allow ACA marketplace tax subsidies. They are all in making the rich richer - but us little people, they don’t give a rat’s ass about.

This shutdown is for us. We need those tax credits.

They are purposely manipulating the system to take advantage of seniors - take more of their limited funds and eventually kill them off. Less seniors = more money in the govts pocket.

It breaks my heart. We could avoid killing children and young adults if people actually cared about one another.

I heard a young child died in Manhattan, Illinois and while they didn’t share specifics it sounded like a covid related sports death to me.
