The rule of law has delivered:

Profiteering
Poverty
Poor housing
Low wages/pensions
Queues for hospital appointments
Premature death to many
Sewage in rivers
Cuts in spending on essential services
Closure of libraries, community centres.

Whose law, who rules? Govts appease corporations/rich.
Nothing will change until the political system is freed from the clutches of corporations and the super-rich
The law is being used to enforce existing power structures for the benefit of the few

At last. But ruined lives can't be restored.

£1.2bn paid to 9,100 victims from public purse.

Not a penny from PO execs, Fujitsu, lawyers, accountants, advisers who benefited from persecution of the victims.

Since 2000, the richest 1% of the world's population has taken 41% of new wealth, the poorest half has received only 1%.

Rich buy political parties, media, means of production, cause corruption, climate crisis, make mockery of democracy. Poor die early.

Must redistribute or risk social disorder.
We cannot continue letting billionaires keep the world's money while the poorest suffer

Rachel Reeves says “we must all do our bit.”

People in Wales already have done their bit – paying more while wages stagnate and living standards decline.

The super rich are protected, the rest pay the price.

The Chancellor’s Budget must address these fundamental inequalities.

I think former Primeministers should not get a life long pension ,but only for the amount of time they served the country, just like we do with our pensions. After everything that has happened to us , we need huge change. MPs expenses should be capped too. So they truly understand the real world.
