I really do hate how the JCVA seems to have such a strong "eh, it'll be fine" attitude by default. I mean, we're only even starting chickenpox vaccination in the UK on the NHS next January. It's been standard in so many countries for so many years now.

While I think developers call any new apartment a “luxury apartment”, even actual luxury ones attract rich people to move into them, freeing up their existing apartments, increasing supply, and reducing housing costs 👍.

That's actually why I normally prefer baking to cooking, though getting a fancy cooking thermometer (the one Combustion Inc sell) with a clever food safety algorithm (so it's safe to eat but not overcooked) has made cooking savoury stuff quite a bit better.

That said, right now it's in a pie..

From his replies it honestly feels like Patrick just has a very very specific legal definition of "illegitimate", and is annoyed other people have a slightly broader one.
