I have an anxiety disorder, and I have these thoughts constantly too. it suuuuucks. I just started tanking the adrenaline hits every time I'd talk to someone until they stopped happening lol. couldn't bear another 10 years of self-imposed isolation. forcing through the anxiety was worth it.
