Hey there, thought it would be good to do an introduction here for those not aware of #0n1ydan5

I’m Dan, 42 and work in cybersecurity. After I broke every bone in my foot 10 years ago and COVID I put on a lot of weight so started running with C25k.

Good morning! Although I didn’t plan to rest from running for a whole week, other factors have meant this has been so.

We had a lovely night in with pizza and watching The Witch.

Don’t ignore that irritating thing for 14km. It may end up like my neck otherwise 😑

Normally when I run longer than 12km I tape up my shoulders as my rucksack straps rub on my shoulders and can cause some abrasion marks.

Good Morning!
I’ve just looked up and thought that I really like our fireplace.

I love the heart in the chimney, and that the plant wraps round in a heart shape too, with the trinkets on the mantelpiece.
Think this is the closest I get to live, laugh love, thankfully! 😂
