Got my first web app up and running-ish. Needs work, but it's self hosted on a 2 node kubernetes cluster, React front-end, Rust backend, MongoDB backend. Need to put in my CI/CD... I also need SSL, so I won't share the site just yet.

Croft v Royal Mail 2003 established in law, that has not and cannot be superseded by the Supreme Court ruling, before the GRA existed, that trans people have the right to use gendered facilities once they reach an appropriate point in their transition.

A couple of things come to mind here. Firstly Reindorf clearly has no idea how the transition process actually works. You have to live fully in your new gender before you can qualify for a GRC, and that includes using the correct toilet.

This is a brilliant thread. Very much "we have already solved this" already but a concerted effort has turned us into targets.
Ended up against my will discussing trans rights again recently. I pointed out that there was broad cross partisan support for trans inclusion only a decade ago, that Donald Trump and the leader of the UK conservative party were simultaneously endorsing trans inclusion measures but this closed...

The time of trying to make progress by being nice is long gone. No more gently softly oh-dont-worry-you-said-a-slur-you-dont-know-better we need to be a fucking issue, a problem for them if they dont take us seriously
Just think if we’re giving labour mps credit for gestures like signing support for trans history week it just reduces pressure on them to Actually do anything. They ought to be confronted by their hypocrisy and to defy it will take a fuck of a lot more than wishing for our “dignity and respect“
