Instead of saying "[blank] in the big 26" for this year, I think it should be said as "[blank] in the huge 26".
And for 2027, call it the grand 27, for 2028, call it the colossal 28, and so on.

Friendly reminder for anyone who makes YouTube videos to make sure you disable auto-dubbing and whatever the "quality enhancements" are. These got enabled automatically after I already disabled them some weeks ago....

Seems like X is going down the gutter again, first posts were used to help AI learn, and now you can apparently edit any uploaded image with AI with no apparent option to turn it off. Think I might stop posting art over there until something fixes that.

Sure, you might think it's too harsh. Sure, they might've only used it for early stuff in development, etc

Waterfox would've been my final choice for what browser I switched to, but they didn't have an iOS app, despite their promise.

One of the reasons why I now think Vivaldi is BETTER than Firefox: Not only did they NEVER choose to rely on AI, but their Mastodon instance is still going strong, while Mozilla already killed their own.
I'm glad that I ditched Firefox months ago because the browser continues to get worse and worse like the ToU introduction was the last straw for me and jumped ship to LibreWolf and haven't looked back since

Unfortunately, their office apps have AI features, so OpenOffice, it's fork (LibreOffice), and my upcoming alternative (StudiUp) are automatically better.
