I made a Korean ground beef recipe recently. It needed something to blunt the strong flavours, but I don't do carbs like rice or pasta, and zucchini noodles were not doing the job for me, so I made a big green salad and added it to that. Winner!

Two of my typical low-carb meals: juicy, air-fried pork chops; pan-fried fish (pollock). Both served with salad. Low-carb breading: ground pork rinds, dried egg whites, gelatin powder, seasoning. Dredge fish in beaten egg, then breading mix. Shallow-fry in plenty of fat (like I did) or deep fry.

That's it! If you're avoiding seed oils, use avocado oil mayo. Costco & Walmart carry Chosen Foods brand.
