All-Options’s commitment to seeing their callers through every stage of reproductive care is such a source of inspiration. Read these words of adoration to see how much their work means to fellow abortion funds. We love All-Options, and we’d love it if you donated to them today: nnaf.org/O
Text reads "All-Options was one of the only trustworthy resources to give folks who were not quite ready to make a decision about their pregnancy. We were always confident that they would provide much-needed nonjudgmental support to our patients, help them talk through their options, and come to a choice that was best for them." Credited to Aine Brazil. Logo at the bottom for the National Network of Abortion Funds on a cream background.

Their talkline advocates have provided a place for callers nationwide to feel less alone in their decisions. At the same time, their abortion fund has made it possible for abortion-seekers to break through the barriers of abortion bans.
Text reads "Without the emotional support and tangible information offered by the Hotline, our clients will continue to face an agonizing time crunch without resources; greater instances of duress, stigma, and ambivalence; and will lose access to one of the only resources available to help them make the best decision for themselves and their families." Credit given to Gabriella from The Brigid Alliance. Logo of National Network of Abortion Funds at the bottom. On beige background with bold, prominent quote in dark font.

When Indiana became the first state to pass a near-total abortion ban in 2022, All-Options stood strong, continuing to offer financial, travel, and emotional support for Hoosiers and the clinics serving them.
Text reads "All-Options is an unsung pillar of support for the people and organizations that make abortion access possible in an increasingly hostile environment. I don't know what we would do without a national, respected, consistently staffed talkline for people to talk about pregnancy, parenting, adoption, and abortion." Credited to Colleen, Ohio Women's Alliance. Logo at bottom for National Network of Abortion Funds on a cream background highlights support for abortion access.

🧵 For 20 years, All-Options has answered our most personal questions and guided us through our complex emotions about abortion, parenting, adoption, and more.
Text reading "Abortion Providers and Advocates ❤️ All-Options" with a yellow heart, against a purple gradient background. Logo at bottom reads "National Network of Abortion Funds."

Some good news! 🥳

States are fighting back against attacks on abortion access, and Colorado has just entered the chat. On Sunday, the Colorado legislature passed a bill to fund Medicaid reimbursements for reproductive health care providers!

Dr. Dani Mathisen deserved to get the care she needed without crossing state borders, and she deserved to safely grow her family in her home state. All Texans deserve this—but due to the state’s abortion bans, many, like Dani, are leaving because they are scared to be pregnant in Texas. #TXBanWeek
‘I don’t want to be pregnant in Texas’: Under abortion ban, women fear for their lives
“I want to have a kid because I want to be a mom,” a woman from Belton, Texas, said. “I pray to God it doesn’t end with me sacrificing my life.”

This is very important! If you want to make sure there's better information showing up on people's timelines, engage with content from trusted sources, like abortion funds.

Stop engaging directly with anti-abortion content online. Arguing in the comments just boosts reach & puts stigma & misinformation in front of more people.

We love to see it!

Congratulations, @chiabortionfund.bsky.social! May more local governments join funds in the fight for abortion access!! 🙌🏾 🙌🏾 🙌🏾

Update: WE WON! A federal judge has fully blocked the “defunding” provision targeting care at Planned Parenthood health centers. This means that while this case continues, so does your access to care.

The Trump administration is rerouting federal dollars for birth control to instead open an “infertility training center.”

It’s all part of their plan to ‘persuade’ American women to have more babies while systematically stripping away our ability to prevent or end pregnancy. 🫠

Independent clinics will need our support more than ever after last week's budget decision. Keep Our Clinics raises funds for our indies which are often in politically hostile states where they are usually the only providers in their regions: keepourclinics.org/donate/
