I've been obsessed about short arcadey action games for many years, but I think I just started doing it right lately.
The new version of l'Abbaye des Morts (while not arcadey) can be completed in less than 15 minutes if you know what to do. Gaurodan and Toxic Tomb in around 20 minutes each.

I'm starting to write more reviews of smaller titles on Steam.
1. Reviews are very helpful for developers and players alike.
2. It's a nice way to cap off a fun time with a game.
So not only do I recommend Babushka's Glitch Dungeon, but I also recommend writing reviews of indie games you enjoyed!
