BREAKING: We're filing a lawsuit challenging Ohio's new law that seeks to purge voters from the rolls based on outdated citizenship data.

This law sets up eligible voters — especially recently naturalized citizens — to be wrongly stripped from the voter rolls on the day before the election.

🚨BREAKING: We just filed a federal lawsuit challenging SB 293 for violating the National Voter Registration Act. This new law puts eligible voters – particularly naturalized citizens – at risk of being purged from Ohio’s voter rolls.

3,000+ people signed our petition urging Gov. DeWine to bring Ohio troops home.

The Ohio National Guard should be used at home only in genuine emergencies, like in response to a natural disaster, not to go after immigrants or those who criticize the president.

In Springfield, Ohio, people are preparing in advance of a “large deportation” promised by the president. To all appearances, the city is 2 or 3 days from a federal ethnic cleansing, grounded in a hate campaign organized by the vice-president and American Nazis.
