I’m curious to know where the rest of the MA delegation stands on this question of qualified immunity and if that has shifted in recent days. (As in, have they been asked recently? They may have said one thing before Minnesota but be open to this position now?) Does anybody have a tally? #mapoli
There's no ICE accountability without ending qualified immunity.
They're murdering people. There won't be justice for the lives they've stolen, but there must be accountability.

We all know the history the US has of doing heinous actions like these. It did not come from nowhere--it is not some far off import.
But that does not make it less outrageous or unconscionable. It only means that ending these injustices is the cause of our time and the charge we are handed today.

You have to read this. Firsthand affidavit from one of the women who was there and recording the video. She talks about how Alex Pretti was directing traffic when she arrived. She watched him be killed in front of her. She's afraid to go home, worried she'll be arrested.

Two women trained as first responders were abducted by three ICE agents. One of the agents starts seizing. The other two don’t know what to do. The women jump into action and save the agent’s life, only to be re-handcuffed and processed.
