Like everything these days, the security requirements make it challenging. Worst bit was the face recognition step: had to take off my glasses but then couldn't read the instructions!

You might not know:

There used to be a hidden page for many services on GOV.UK, which would display the underlying user need through a user story and its alignment with the platform proposition.

You just had to insert /info to any service landing page’s URL.

I still think it’s brilliant.

The TfL headphones campaign is great news but imo the design isn't direct enough. Here's what I'd propose...

A fiókhelyreállítás, 2FA és a dokumentáció hármassal már majdnem helyre kerültek az alapok (még a jó jelszó hiányzik). Van még bőven téma - PIN kódok, digitális bankolás, jelszókezelő, fotók tárolás stb. - nagy ez a digitális dzsungel :D
