While the Governor held a secretive nuclear industry summit inside, we joined with Haudenosaunee Nations, climate organizations, and community members to highlight the costly risks of her nuclear energy plan, and call for a renewable future.

Because there was no Draft State Energy Plan Hearing in Syracuse, we joined allies at the hearing in Rochester yesterday to tell @governor.ny.gov:

-End the "100 foot rule" forcing us to fund more methane gas
-No new nuclear
-More renewables, energy efficiency, and grid resiliency

With @renewableheatnow.bsky.social in Albany today calling for the Assembly to to say YES to cleaner heat and lower bills.

Your arrival was perfectly timed, Henry's speech was amazing, and we love the song! (But I've forgotten the 3rd line; could you please remind us of the whole song?)

The fate of the world depends on us getting off fossil fuels. The #NYHEAT Act stops wasteful pipeline spending & invests in clean energy—saving families up to $136/month. It’s good for the planet and your wallet.

Thank you @pamelahunter128.bsky.social! We appreciate you speaking out in support of the NY HEAT Act and energy affordability. With gas bills going up, we simply can't wait another year for this crucial legislation. Let’s get it done! #NYHEAT #cleanerheatlowerbills

Gas utilities make more $ replacing pipes than selling gas. We’re paying for gas infrastructure we don’t need.

The #NYHEATAct would cap bills, stop expansion, and fund clean heat when it’s cheaper.

Bone chilling.

A court ordered Kilmar Abrego Garcia to stay in the United States.

The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that he was illegally removed. Trump is pretending he won the ruling 9-0.

1/ You may not think this case means anything to you. But let me tell you why it does.
