Vaping can reduce youth smoking so product substitution can make a huge difference! 💜
Both nicotine vaping has increased since these products entered global markets. AND smoking has plummeted. This is consistent with Product Substitution. So far, public health refuses to admit even the REMOTE possibility that product substitution is happening.

2021 Cochrane systematic evidence review had 61 studies to go on. It concluded "moderate certainty evidence" that nicotine vapes are more efficacious for smoking cessation than nicotine patches and gum.
Today they have 104 studies and say "high certainty evidence."
