An enlightening video on Microsoft's relationship with the IDF and what you can do to get involved.

Personally, I am ceasing to play games on my Series X and refusing to play games published by Xbox Game Studios via Game Pass or any other service until Microsoft fully divests itself from the IDF.

Game 3: Metroid Prime 4: Beyond

Developer: Retro Studios
Played on: Switch
Release: 2025

Playtime: 20 hours 22 minutes
Rating: 8
Thoughts: Prime 4 is a great search action game that goes out of its way to force you to engage with its worst design choices, namely its open world and story.

Game 2: Herdling

Developer: Okomotive
Played on: PC via Game Pass
Release: 2025

Playtime: 3 hours 4 minutes

Thoughts: Herdling is a cosy little adventure that excels in the wide-open fields, but falters with more precise control.

This entire post-match segment is why I love pro wrestling.

I may have only caught the last nine years of Tanahashi's career, but I will always cherish the happiness it has brought me.

There will never be another wrestler like Hiroshi Tanahashi.

Game 51: Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap

Developer: Lizardcube
Played on: Switch
Release: 2017

Playtime: 5 hours 49 minutes
Rating: 6
Thoughts: While the updated graphics and music are phenomenal, Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap plays like a Sega Master System game, warts and all.

Game 50: Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist

Developer: Ubisoft Toronto
Played on: Wii U
Release: 2013

Playtime: 18 hours 8 minutes

Game 49: Grindstone

Developer: Capybara Games
Played on: Switch
Release: 2020

Playtime: 53 hours 46 minutes

Ever since finally deciding to sit down and play Cold Steel 1 during the pandemic, Falcom has quickly become one of my favourite devs, so to see this is incredibly disheartening.

While SC is a favourite of mine, I will not be buying it as long as Falcom uses AI.

Probably best to stick with the older games because who knows how much of Falcom's newer games use AI: www.eurogamer.net/falcom-is-th...

Larian’s usage of genAI is by no means close to the worst I’ve heard of (not a defense-just saying) but if companies can learn one thing from this backlash, I hope it’s that nobody wants this and you will actually EARN goodwill (with gamers AND creatives) by outright banning genAI usage.

Love reading this and seeing:
- Minimal efficiency gains
- Devs are generally against it
- Seems like the practical application is nothing that the staff care about, they're just being told to use it
- And most importantly, it's just offloading brainstorming which is a juvenile application at best
NEW: I spoke to Larian boss Swen Vincke about their ambitions for their new RPG Divinity, cutting down development time, pressures from Baldur's Gate 3, why BG3 wouldn't have happened without Tencent, how Larian uses generative AI, and much more www.bloomberg.com/news/newslet...

Developer: Nomada Studio
Played on: Switch

Developer: Supergiant Games
Played on: Switch
Release: 2025

Playtime: 42 hours 16 minutes

Developers: Team Ninja and PlatinumGames
Played on: PC via Game Pass
