I have heard the same re: Clash on that tour. The Mick/Joe split was already apparent. Finally saw The Who last month (well past their expiration date)

15th birthday - Oct 1982

Had tickets to see The Clash open for The Who. Except my parents had other plans - a birthday dinner with stuffy grandparents. Never asked me what I wanted to do for b-day. Never saw The Clash 😡

Well, it looks like we're gonna make it. I did have to break my coffee rule - had a triple espresso macchiato at 5 PM. I don't usually drink any caffeine after 10 AM, but today's a special situation.

On the plus side, I've been able to catch up with all my podcasts today.
