Democrats should start now talking about how these Trump administration Toadies will have to go to jail once Trump is gone. They have to normalize it now so it doesn't seem shocking later when it happens. I.e., the Merrick Garland syndrome.

Leaders taking their troops into such forbidden cities are probably also issuing lawful orders and the troops following them are therefore following unlawful orders.

American service members are prohibited from following unlawful orders. Military leaders are also prohibited from issuing unlawful orders. Whoever is approving sending troops into cities where judges have ruled that they should not be sent is probably issuing an unlawful order.
