I didn't mind the new CGs and backgrounds in Steins;Gate Reboot, but man, seeing the sprites in motion in the trailer, I don't know anymore. It's like a vtuber rig but with robotic movements, and is just offputting to me. Static sprites would've genuinely been much better.
