The Cattle Ranchers, who I love, don’t understand that the only reason they are doing so well, for the first time in decades, is because I put Tariffs on cattle coming into the United States, including a 50% Tariff on Brazil. If it weren’t for me, they would be doing just as they’ve done for the past 20 years — Terrible! It would be nice if they would understand that, but they also have to get their prices down, because the consumer is a very big factor in my thinking, also!

Yes, we take a lot of variables like house effects, mode effects, and pollster partisanship into account that other aggregators either do not do at all or do not do sufficiently correctly. This ends up causing a lot of phantom shifts in their trends.

I have my issues with Cronin, but he's had at minimum a B+ tenure. The biggest question will be can he transition the roster towards contention. But the way Cronin took the clusterfuck of the roster cap situation deserves high praise. That was a masterclass in managing the cap.
