There is no evidence to suggest Pretti did anything with his 9 mm. Every piece of video released so far seems to show either a CBP or ICE officer disarm Pretti and then officers shot him.

ICE has now carried out two summary executions of innocent people in the streets of an American city.

Adding to the utter insanity of everything, my mom who was here to help with Ansley's recovery was supposed to leave on Monday. She rebooked her flight to this afternoon to get ahead of the storm. Her flight has now turned around and instead of going to HSV is landing in Charlottesville. Fun!
