TL;DR, ARES is so flawed but I will rewatch it for the parts I enjoyed that I will never find anywhere else.

Favorite part: Bringing back the big face.

And trent reznor singing while we're biking over a sea. I felt a great deal in that. #tronares

it has the vibe of just being about Leto living out his fantasy, which took us out of the movie and was pretty funny. Wouldn't say that it's the most un-tronlike thing to happen, though. Franchise has always been a bit quirky.

TRON Ares is a certified TRON movie. I'll revisit it many times, depsite it not being critically good. I thoroughly enjoyed this dated (and yet very human) concept from the 80's being brought back to us 40+ years later. I can see where they were going, but ultimately the ending...

How to get into more media, from someone who suffers from all of these mind goblins:
1. You can start at the entry that caught your eye, screw watch-orders.
2. You don't have to finish stuff.
3. You're allowed to take your sweet time.
4. You don't need to "clear your backlog" first.

...I still need to get this peer reviewed by the blind and deaf. It cannot say that the blind never experience anything real, nor that the deaf can't dream. That'd be stupid. For now, it is purely my personal take. :)

With closed eyes, you might hear birds and rustling of leaves, but you don't know for sure if you're in a forest. It's only upon seeing the forest that the experience is real. It might otherwise have been a dream. We have an uncertainty with hearing things, but our eyes seldom lie.

I often argue that music & audio is more powerful than visuals in regards to reaching and expressing feelings. However I just realized that the role of visuals is to make those feelings real and tangible. Let me elaborate:
