So on large boulder the size of a small boulder day, I return to the question. Was the officer correct?

Was the boulder in quantum flux of both large & small until viewed.

Could it have been small boulder the size of a large boulder?

Large boulder the size of a large boulder?

Btw, for those looking to peacefully dissent, I present the stellar work of a fine citizen of Edmonton from a few years ago.

It's funny how annoyed I am at the addition of the "what's up" field at the top of the timeline.

In completely irrelevant news, I finished the drywall & taping of the new studio kitchen/storage space. Now the messy bit starts.

It's a deflection but it's still a win. I hope that war criminal fucker learns what it means to be shunned everywhere he goes every day of his life until he goes on trial.

So Carney has a +4% approval rating in Alberta.

He's literally a 1990s conservative so that shouldn't be any surprise.

I haven't quite listened to these two from the start, took me about a year to find them. But as I've said, this ridiculous Star Trek podcast has been the thing I've listened to in my studio by far the most. I'm into my 3rd run thru of all their eps, just finishing DS9 season 5.

Very fun to see a CD I made in the 90s on the list of something played on local independent radio. (The Kitchen Boys)

If you're in the deep freeze, you can at least have some fun by making ice bubbles.

-200ml warm water
-35ml corn syrup
-35ml dish soap
-2tbs sugar

Dip a straw in & Gently blow on a flat surface
Ice Bubbles.

Hey comics nerds. I want to get some comics appropriate for my 6yo grandsons for when they come over. I don't want any toy tie in nonsense.

I haven't read a comic in 45 years so no idea what's out there.

Then that's not encryption. A key that can be shared is no key at all.

It's the year of Linux. (Says 30yr Windows IT guy)

One of my print pickups today was a donation of a canvas print for this.

If you can, think about help this good cause.

Things are awful. Helping helps.
Hi Folks,

I’m looking for donations to the @heavyhockey.bsky.social Showdown’s Silent Auction to benefit the Sexual Assault Centre of Edmonton.

The auction is going to start mid-Feb and run until mid-March.

If you’d like to make a donation, please reach out.

I've said this many times. Art is the process, a struggle undertaken by humans, not the end result and it's why AI can never create art (that and it's a planet killing theft machine)

This is a lovely example of that.
Turned my frustration into art.

Just watched The Dead Don't Die (a pretty fun watch) and the thing that cracked me up were the zombies go stumbling around saying 'wifi' & 'siri'

(Plus the bits where Adam Driver keeps saying this won't end well & then Bill Murray asks how do you know & Driver says I read the script.)

Such a fucking surprise. Make it difficult to get, charge a lot (or anything)

Oddly, afaict, neither Kim nor I were eligible for free shots but we've never been sent a bill. (Don't tell anyone)

Incompetence. Cruelty.

Fuck the UCP.

I finally finished this Enterprise D LCARS cross stitch! Was supposed to take about a year, but longcovid had other plans for my brain and ability to count. So it's been over four years instead. It has a bazillion-jillion stitches in it.

He's barely rising above what PP would have done.

To quote former Liberal PM Jean Chretien, "He's talking out both sides of his face."

(Chretien wasn't really any better but he did have good quips)
Mark Carney’s off making big speeches to distract from how he’s gutting the public service and by extension the capacity of the federal government.
