It's looking like £1,273 or more until Ruaa and her family reach their £50K goal and are able to get somewhere safe. Donate (if you're able to) and spread her fundraiser around!

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Muhammad. Muhammad was an accountant prior to this but his workplace was destroyed and his home severely damaged. He’s hoping to leave Gaza with his family including his daughters Iman, 5 and Lian, 6 so that they can get a better education.

It’s Going Down played so many important roles over the years, but I’ll never forget their excellent prison strike coverage in the 2010s at a time where virtually no one took incarcerated organizing seriously. My best wishes and enormous gratitude to all involved; i hope we see more like them soon

This framework can be extremely helpful to those just getting involved in organizing or activism for the first time. Also for those who have been active for longer, but find themselves burning out because they feel compelled to react and respond to too many different needs.

I am seeking useful resources that folks have found to:
1. share with people who are seeking to keep folks engaged in activism/organizing work. Resources that may also help to combat burnout.
2. help people who are trying to get engaged to find their people.

The officer shot him within seconds of arriving at the park he was playing in.

Tamir’s life mattered. It still does. My thoughts are with his family today.
