To their credit, Stern is putting a little distance between them and the IFPA. They recently dropped the requirement for Stern Army events to be IFPA certified.
Ultimately it's next to nothing on its own but it's at least *something* and creates room for something different to occupy it.

Bad News: My PC experienced a catastrophic crash trying to alter options on Noire, my PC blacked out and ran safe mode saying my PC was overheating.
It's not, its just overloaded meaning after 8+ years, I'm going to need a new Mobo and Processor.
Thats not cheap and I need to research right tech.

Neutral News: Noire currently only works with 2.3 of RR. Also we have a secondary root being looked at that runs exclusively on SRB2K, that one is being translated into a working executable so that'll take abit more time and testing before we decide to switch to it.
