Morning Run! Snow almost all gone. Warmer temperatures and a light drizzle today. Ran the trail through the Pine Forest. Love the smell of the pines. Had to get to the office early! Boston is fighting ICE! Ran 5.8 miles in 35m:23s. Happy Weekend.

Gym Today! It is freezing cold and snow is coming. I decided to go to the gym instead of a run. I hadn't worked on my spins and flips in a couple of months. I still enjoy this workout. I was on my college gymnastics team.
