Today turned into an Oz day. First saw Wicked for Good with my mom and niece. Then introduced Wizard of Oz to my boys. Oscar really loves the Munchkins. Tonight watching Wicked with my husband. He hasn’t seen it yet.

Ugh, running to CVS minute clinic with my eldest. He sadly has pink eye. Hoping for antibiotics, but resolving self that we won’t be getting any drugs and just wait it out.

I had a holiday itch to scratch and I bought pickled herring. I made a grave error and did not read my cracker box- they are minis. So now I have to break up my herring to make my snack work. Ugh… but I want herring.

We had a great time riding on the train and playing with all the toys. We got to say Hi to Santa when he walked in which was really cool. Hit the nap wall before Santa photos. All in all, a good Holiday event morning!

Just finished watching Last Christmas for the the first time. Yes, I knew the premise beforehand and yes, I still cried at the “reveal”. Henry Golding is so pretty.

We are making sugar cookies tomorrow! I prepped the dough to chill tonight so tomorrow will be all fun with the kids. Rolling, using cookie cutters, and icing the cookies.
Keeping low expectations for high joy because I’ll be doing most of the work due to attention spans.
