Looking back at my renders, I’ve gotten so much better at digital photography over the last year. I’m so proud of where I came from.

My next project to tackle is making men’s clothes for DAZ. Because I wanna hand make wedding outfits and suits for the 141 lads 🥰

My husband works at Indeed. Can confirm. They made it a BIG part of their review cycle and has basically put a moratorium on all promotions unless it’s AI related.

It seems like the only way tech companies are able to compel AI usage is by coercion in performance review processes?

3. AI adoption is easier said than done. Even as executives pressure workers to use AI, getting people to do that throughout an organization is easier said than done. Rukmini Reddy, an engineering executive at incident management software maker PagerDuty, does so by making AI usage a part of her employees’ annual performance reviews. This strategy seems to be working, as she said that 98% of her engineers use coding tools like Anthropic’s Claude Code or Microsoft’s GitHub Copilot on a day-to-day basis now.

I saw someone call Ai a Thneed and I can't stop thinking about it. It's a PERFECT analogy. The Thneed was an all-purpose tool that didn't do anything really useful. It was a fad that did major damage to the environment to make the Onceler a billionare. It left no real lasting impact, only damage.

I’m not kidding when I say she’s evil, and we need to start a movement to boycott the universal parks too.

She makes an annual fee and a % of profits from merch sold inside the park. She made 60 million a year at last reports and that’s ALL royalties.

Companies shelling out to her need to learn.

Fenris asks him what's it for, accuses him of bloodmagic, to which Hawke counts that not everything's for bloodmagic and offers an explanation of keeping the hair as a memento of a loved one to hold close whenever being separated, he then reaches out for Fenris' dagger

... and cuts a strand of his own hair with it, giving it to Fenris in exchange, Fenris tells him, there's no way they're ever getting separated, but he keeps the hair anyway
