Knowledge is Power; bringing Power to the People while the US Gov won't. HOPE cannot be stolen or sold by the President, nor bought by billionaires - it can only be surrendered & we're not surrendering TODAY.

A long read, worth reading.

In the current Supreme Court, Justice for the People appears as a hostage to the Administration's ideology - how do we throw down Power until balance isn't a fantasy but a fact?

Coordinated agency trolling is a tactic - it mocks dissent, shrinks the freedom of the press & undermines the truth.

It's normalization of authoritarianism under the guise of PR.
In a coordinated move, multiple federal agencies joined BlueSky yesterday and turned to trolling the opposition. Our Assessment on Democratic Decline warns of this autocratic practice: attacking the free press and narrowing the space in which factual reporting can safely operate without retaliation.

I wish you the best with your perspective.
"And what do they need to take action? They need a group of likeminded people who believe in themselves." - Jane Goodall

We're all just fancy animals.

Some more cruel, some more loving, some more fearful, some more hopeful.

Committing to curiosity allows us to become educated decision makers.
Dr. Jane always said that each animal matters – not only for the role they play to support life, but for their intrinsic value.

"The least I can do is speak out for those who cannot speak for themselves," she said.

As long as we keep our humanity alive, we can rebirth the humanity of the nation.

Brutality, cruelty, demoralization of the entire country via federal, state, local gov just isn't sustainable - the true human spirit is always intuitively draw to creativity even when fear inspires destructive force.

This is interesting.
I'm going to think about it.

JROTC with current admin makes me fear a Hitler youth vibe ... under a different admin idk, could foster some positive changes.
Leaving this here ... I really think clear values allow us to make decisions aligned with our values.

What we're witnessing is a bunch of American values - life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness - being hijacked by fear, greed & hate.

It's unsustainable.
And perhaps that's the goal.
It baffles me that we protect fetuses from conception - but not after birth, as we:

- defund programs to feed kids
- scorch the earth
- ENCOURAGE massacres of our children via gun access

Also baffling: how a woman's right to control a gun is better protected than her right to control her own body.
This is one solution.

And also hard to hold someone suicidal accountable.

There's a ton of challenges & by no means do I think there is an easy solution - but if we can put someone on the moon, capture both muon energy & scattering angles & do wild stuff w DNA surely we can solve gun violence.
It's children being shot to death that bothers me.

I feel like there is a solution to this because it's a uniquely American problem if you put us in a bucket with other countries who aren't in a state of violent inner-conflict or international war.
Valid, a ban would also violate the 2nd Amendment - which is important & worthy of protection.

That being said, I do think it's worth looking at policies in countries where mass shootings aren't common headlines.

Their practices are proven, not theoretical.
The fact that more than half of the gun deaths in the US are suicides makes your comment pretty interesting.

Also, to be clear I believe in the importance of 2nd Amendment & our right to bare arms; I just think we need to make educated decisions if we want less murder in our kids' schools.

I wouldn't categorize myself or countries like the UK & Australia as stupid for believing that curtailing access to weapons used to massacre people would reduce the number of people massacred.

Australia is actually a great example of this in practice.

Amazed kids right to live is controversial lol

I hope the National Guards feel the boredom of having nothing to do - like those in CA did - & realize they are being used as pawns.

I hope when they go home they tell their neighbors about the bullshit & reality that Donald deployed them to get Epstein off the front page & it didn't even work ...
If it was public thanking we'd know who was in the Epstein Files.
Two sides of the same coin. Idk if he's self-aware enough to knows he's being dominated / submitting.
Epstein Files are hiding directly under the Donald-Putin & the US-Europe summit carpet ...

They got moved from under the DC-malarkey with the cops & national guard deployed-against-citizens carpet because it wasn't big enough to push it off the front page.

Here's a whole post about that.
We've never seen a US president so thoroughly dominated by a foreign leader - in this case, Putin.

No more predator, just power.

When Epstein’s ghost crawls into the headlines, Donald loses grip on the wheel - the whole twisted parade veers toward the sex dungeon, flight logs & underage chaos.

With Epstein off the front page:

- Donald avoids scrutiny of his well-documented relationship with a convicted sex offender

- Less risk of legal exposure that could lead to further inquiries & political collapse

- Donald regains narrative control

if Putin didn’t agree to a ceasefire - which, ahem, he didn’t.

Putin walked away with what he wanted: the whole bloody circus-like illusion of dominance - a red carpet photo-op with military flyovers, like a Bond villain on holiday in Disneyland.

But then, so too, did Trump.

We have AI.

Can someone make it their mission in life to just edit all these videos, with BS non-answers, so that the Talking Head has a goblin head? I feel like it would be a more honest depiction of these people.

It could be a whole YouTube channel that fundraises for causes that champion US.
