Pat Kraft needs to accept being the punching bag for all of the embarrassment he’s caused. Give it to Terry Smith and say “The right guy was in front of me the whole time. I should’ve listened to the players and the fans. This guy embodies the values of PSU.” Then secure a ton of NIL money.

I had a thought as my head hit the pillow last night that today (assuming Penn State hired a football coach) would be like Christmas morning… If the gift under the tree was just the name of the gift, and you’d need another 10-12 months to know if the gift was good or not.

I think much of the advocacy for AI “art” comes from a place of jealousy – that some were born with a “gift”, and AI is simply leveling the playing field. Believe me, as an artistic person, I see dozens artists and designers daily who create things I couldn’t dream of. This shit ain’t binary.

Plastic can be the most aggravating shit. It breaks all the fucking time AND is something that takes “forever” to break down in a landfill. Sure, it lasts for a millennia, but it spends 99% of that time in an utterly useless state.

The plastic body of our 19 yr old Dyson vacuum is getting increasingly brittle, and we lose small pieces of it with every use which then get vacuumed up. In hindsight, buying the Dyson Ouroboros model may have been foolish.
