As everyone talks about Greenland, don't forget its actual global significance--a two mile thick sheet of ice that if melted would raise the sea level 23 feet (and long before that choke off the currents of the Atlantic)

4 months to Scottish Gov election. Absolutely no chance I’m wasting my vote on Tory, Reform or Labour or Liberal. I’m sorry if you like these parties but I don’t. I want politicians who have respect, vision, imagination, drive and who focus on Scottish people and our environment.

Great to be back volunteering at the Repair Shop. Santa’s postal elves delivered many spare parts so we upgraded the transformer and power switch on a lamp, refitted an eeprom repaired pcb in a subwoofer and fitted a new thermal sensor on an air fryer. #Repair #Linlithgow

This year has been brutal for the #climate movement.

Rollbacks, repression, & outright denial, especially in the US, have made progress feel fragile & uneven.

Which is exactly why it matters to pause & look back at what did move forward in 2025.
