so, essentially what i figured out is that i can make all the things i want to actually be white a different color, use the transparency and tell it that white is transparent and put it over a black background and it gets rid of all the lil specks. i experimented on the lil fella, check it out
A messy but finished drawing of the "Little Guy" version of JonaRose's character, based on the "Foshunia" VRChat model that exists, however, recolored to fit with his color scheme, with dark blue hair, a desaturated dark blue for the main scale color with a rather pale skin tone for the underbelly color. He's wearing a off both of the shoulders style sweater with a sleeveless turtleneck. The main thing being shown off in this image is that despite the messy line art, there are no small single pixel gaps in the line art. The method that was mentioned works.

They are wearing a belly dance costume outlined in gold with sheer, dark gray fabric. The material is implied to be somewhat shiny, with little, gold sparkles dotting the material, clearly differentiating the outfit from their body. ARKA themselves is a lion with a mint colored mane with a pink undertone, implied to be shading in some cases, the veil over their face being translucent but covering some parts of the mane as well. Since technically those parts of the mane are shaded too, they also use the pink shaded color. Their tail and wrists also have this flaming, vibrant style of fur. They are a bright purple with a yellow underbelly, their nose being purple as well, visible under the sheer veil. They have bright cyan eyes with a bright yellow 4 pointed star as their cornea. They are adorned with rings and bracelets for their tail and legs and feet too. The gold rings also include earrings on their ears too.
