It's a shame that the judiciary is largely out of the loop in terms of infosec because, if these claims are all true, I'm not sure how a judge could possibly be able to say in good faith that the evidence collected by Flock cameras definitely hasn't been tampered with.
this is completely insane. Like anyone on trial for anything where they used these 80,000+ cameras as "evidence" could have it thrown out
