a struggle they don’t warn you about as a kid is that as an adult you will spend so much fucking time trying so many products (be it skincare, makeup, etc) and the moment you find the perfect thing that works for you the company WILL discontinue it. And this cycle repeats forever

In the myth, the fire dog is the reason for the existence of eclipses, caused by them attempting to steal the moon or sun by taking it in their mouth. I'm summarizing heavily, I recommend reading the whole myth because it's really interesting and entrancing.
