If you give your players a riddle, and one of them comes up with the wrong answer, ask them to justify their answer. You might be convinced it's right, and even if you don't, they'll have a chance to enjoy the spotlight.
It's more engaging than saying "no" and going onto the next player.

About a month ago, there were a few weeks that went by where I was playing nothing but time loop video games. Unintentionally. I'd get to the end of one, then pop in another game, and it'd turn out to be a time loop. Again and again. I broke free of the time loop games, but I don't know how I did it

Busy day today. Went to the temple to make merit for my stepfather's family. We all had a fancy brunch afterward.
Then my boyfriend and I went to the Junji Ito haunted house / exhibit at the mall. We got our hair cut and styled.
Right now, I'm trying VERY HARD to get good at Magic the Gathering.

I don't have antagonism toward games that hold the players hand with a tutorial. I remember being 7 and getting stuck in Link's Awakening. Because I couldn't figure out how to open a treasure chest. 😂

I ordered a new game controller for my PC because this is what my current one looks like. The worst part is that the left bumper doesn't work anymore. I've somehow made it through years of games without a parry button.

I wanted to play SaGa Frontier on my PC. I have the remaster, which is great, but one hitch. There are ZERO SaGa Frontier walkthroughs made for the remaster. This is a problem because the Remaster changes the names of some things in the game, which might affect what I'm looking for.

My biggest accomplishment for today is clearing about 100 TTRPGs from my to-read pile. I even played a few of them! It was my first experience with solo TTRPGs. I haven't found one that resonates with me, but there's about 400 books left in the pile, so 🤞

"Through the Breach" has one of my favorite systems for Feats/Merits. Yes, you have a big list of traits you can pick up if you have impressive stats. BUT there are some really cool traits you can only pick up if one of your traits is absolute GARBAGE!❤️
