No one picks prostitution because it's fun or easy. I don't know what trailer is being referenced here and I don't need or want to; all I need to know is sex workers are humans who deserve basic human dignity. They aren't the ones hurting anyone. Like the rest of us, they are just trying to survive.
I hate making non-cat posts. I hate "discourse". But the number of comments I've seen degrading and dehumanizing sex workers because of that Melania trailer is appalling. That ghoulish woman will never see your "whore" jokes but they absolutely contribute to the stigma that gets sex workers killed.
