i believe there's a novelization written by tomita that goes far more deeper into hibiki's background as a reporter and his escapades. hasn't been translated as far as i'm aware.

Sorry but of autism is ever somehow "cured", as in Designer Baby tech gets to the point where the autism brain can never form again, i can't see society not immediately collapsing like 5 years after that. Nothing would work anymore.

i'm always befuddled whenever someone says that an ip would be impossible to adapt in super robot wars, like have you played any of these games. they are not good adaptations at all

the latest game had them skip most of their actual plots just to have the characters hang out lmao

86 is gonna end up like gurren, geass and eva where because of it’s popularity with general anime fans it’s gonna get pushed to a similar level of exceptionalism not allowing it to be slotted into discussion of mecha by the community until it gets added to a super robot wars game.
