If you’re clinically depressed, if you suffer from anxiety, if you have other mental struggles and aren’t sure what they are, see a therapist, see a psychologist, see a psychiatrist.. get diagnosed and take some medicine. I promise it’s ok to be medicated so you can feel better.

I’ve always had trans mates since the early 90s, when I was in the first lived experience pilot. It was seen as a threat, and we were utterly loathed, with the whole hospital waiting for us to break down (which, of course, happened). A trans nurse became our one ally. Difference supports difference.
