Being animated probably allows for more episodes & more action too. Tho I wouldn't mind if they did an X-Factor Investigations live action TV show if the budget was workable.

That sort of is X-men 97 tho. They announced a 3rd seasons and said 4 & 5 are in planning stages. Imagine we will be getting many crazy cliffhangers.

It's pretty much an all-banger run. The end of the Brood storyline, the New Mutants watching Magnum PI, Rogue and the X-men in Japan, Storm and the Morlocks, Maddy and Scott marrying, then the X-men/Alpha Flight mini later on.

I assume that they may not be able to comment on some aspects of it if any of the stock is involved in current litigation with Diamond (tho I am not a lawyer). Guess folks will have to wait this one out for the time being.
