A large glass bowl with 250 levain, 595g very strong white flour, 330g warm water mixed with the handle of a wooden spoon. Salt is added later. Plastic pudding bowl for measuring the water, two thirds cold one third boiling, Empty packet of Marriages Very Strong White flour. A copy of Private eye. A colander with windfall apples for pudding later. An empty coffee mug and a beanie. Some paperwork.

Afternoon walk:
Newport -Tayport road carpark to Tayport and back with a stop for coffee and walk round the harbour.
A yacht being lifted from the water.
An hour and fifty minutes, a good catch up with chum.

Two coffees at halfway stop, cappuccino at the front and a flat white at the back. Front of the harbour cafe in Tayport, where the coffees were had. A large red crane / hoist lifting a yacht from the water at the Tayport harbour. Chum walking to car after walk and a long natter.

Tree in the sun.
Sea wall, tide out, curlew and gulls (not easy to see).

A tree, maple?, casting leaves impossible to catch. Looking great in the sunshine. Seawall at Newport-on-Tay, tide is out. Seaweeds exposed, Ascophyllum nodosum and various Fucus sp. A couple of gulls and curlew, not easy to see in photo so please trust me.
