I think an important part of media analysis is being able to examine and understand where reads you disagree with come from. Like I know it is fun to go "lol media illiterate" but it can be worthwhile to examine reads you wholeheartedly disagree with/go against what you find patently obvious.

Localizing all of the team logos was a huge undertaking, and they appear under a lot of complication to handle situations like transparencies, too.

It's not just SFX that needs to be translated, either. Unlike the anime, all the team logos have Japanese text on them. I designed all of these except for Multi's.

A fun thing most folks don't know is Beyblade's famous "Let it Rip!" catchphrase is "Go Shoot!" in Japanese. These all have unique flourishes in the original, so I paid special attention to make unique ones, myself.
