I can’t emphasize enough how shocked my out of state friends and family are when I tell them what has happened in Minneapolis since Renee Good’s murder.

Before Trump, law enforcement were trained to behave professionally. At a traffic stop they would start with words such as "Mam, may I see your drivers license and registration."

A good reminder that the function of ICE isn’t immigration enforcement, but a private paramilitary force being sent into blue cities under false pretext of participatory conspiracy theories confabulated by online content creators and their audiences on X and in the federal government.
In her interview today, Kristi Noem says she has dramatically surged DHS forces in Minnesota to deal with an "outbreak of sexual misconduct involving sexual predators." Which is curious, because the ICE forces deployed include Timothy Ryan Gregg, 51, a known sexual predator.
