the really messed up part is that i AM cutting down on all the fat, things that hurt me etc. in my diet, eating healthier, drinking water etc.

In Naruto when you get punched really hard you slowly accumulate hatch marks and blood until you are for sure done, like debuffs. In One Piece you get punched so hard you make a tom and Jerry face. In HxH you forgot to solve the logic equation for one second and now you are dead
