Real talk these last two months have just sucked supreme shit through and through.
I had a toothache for a while that prevented me from sleeping (literally sleeping in 30 minute intervals all night. The pain flared when I laid down and more blood was in my head.)

The packaging to ship back my old phone is as flammable as humanly possible and I did call the insurance company and they said its okay because it says Hazmat on the label.
So if you see a post office burn down in washington on the news, I did my due diligence.

Verizon was utterly useless and just told us they don't offer repairs at all and won't do anything even though its flagrantly a defect.
Thankfully it was insured so I am getting a replacement phone mailed to me for $20 instead of having to buy a new phone.
