What a ballsy performance. Had to be lucky but by good we've not had much for a long time. Some stand out performances (Maguire, Cunha, Amad) and loads of 7/8 on 10 in there. Got to love it.

Try no music. I ditched it recently to just concentrate on the lift and I think it makes a huge difference especially when I'm going heavier on squat or bench. Sometimes music can make you rush or go to a different rhythm which I'm not a fan of when lifting.
