Die Fundstelle nimmt halt immer soviel Platz weg und ich muss doch immer soviel dazu sagen..
Gedankengut klauen geht gar nicht. Genau wie Fotos.

Wie wahr..formuliere den ALT- Text immer selbst, da ist KI sowieso viel zu wenig ausdrucksstark. Man sollte das Beschriebene ja mit geschlossenen Augen vor sich "sehen". Zitieren mache ich zwar, aber auch nicht ganz genau, gelobe Besserung.

Pointing West from the top of a small rise. Rough pasture leads down to Bannaminn Bay. The dark blue waters of the North Atlantic lap against the grass topped headlands at the mouth of the bay. Over 20 miles away on the horizon the distant mass of Foula, one of the remotest inhabited islands in Britain, sits on the horizon. The sky is blue with white fluffy clouds.

I also think it is more philosophical than religious, like the Buddhist koan, yes. There are also the old ruin above and some ancient graves and crypts, that fit with these thoughts about how quickly time passes.

I knew that there is still a famous 18th century monastery, but not about the ruin. It looked like it didn't belong there, beautiful, but as you say, had some vibes..
